Existing account customers can manage their credit accounts online using our sister site www.cefonline.co.uk
To register for online services you will need:
- A previously arranged credit account with your local CEF branch
- Your CEF Account Number
- Your postcode, as shown on your CEF invoices
Once you have this information you can register your interest at www.cefonline.co.uk/account/new

What if I don’t have a credit account?
Don’t worry – your local, friendly CEF branch will be happy to help. We regularly deal with members of the public and small businesses as well as the electrical trade, and our expert staff can help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
Our branches accept all major credit cards and cash – you don’t need an account to shop with us.
