Free Gift Terms & Conditions
1. Key details
1.1. The title of the promotion is [Flint Advent calendar and retractable knife promo].

1.2. Customers who participate in the promotion in accordance with clause 2.2 below will be entitled to the free gift specified at clause 3.1 below.

2. The Promotion
2.1. The promotion will run from [9:00am] on [09th OCtober, 2021] (the "Opening Date") untill stocks run out ("Promotional Period").

2.2. To claim the free gift, customers must:

2.2.1. Sign up for a full CEF Trade Account at one of CEF Flint Group stores;

2.2.2. Set up an account and make your first order over £350+vat of any products ("Qualifying Purchase") at one of CEF Flint store or online at cef.co.uk on an account held at one of CEF Flint store during the Promotional Period;

2.3. New CEF account holders who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotional Period will automatically be contacted by the participating branch to advise of the free gift.

2.4. All qualifying purchases must be received by the Promoter be fore stock have ran out. All purchases received after are automatically disqualified.

2.5. The Promoter will not accept:

2.5.1. responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. For example, if for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when making a purchase of the Qualifying Product online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the promotion.

2.5.2. responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

2.6. By submitting a claim, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. The Free Gift
3.1. The free gift is a Wera 24 Piece Advent Calendar 2021 [2663-7505] and F4P Auto Retracting Safety Knife with 10 Spare Blades [2151-3361]("Free Gift") and only [one] pack per customer is available.

3.2. Free Gifts are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Free Gift but the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the free gift for an item of equal or greater value.

3.3. The free gift is not negotiable or transferable.

4. Claimants
4.1. The Promoter will contact the customer personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the telephone number or email address associated with the CEF online account used to make the qualifying purchase

4.2. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the free gift is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

5. Eligibility
5.1. The promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:

5.1.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

5.1.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

5.1.3. members of the immediate families or households of the persons listed at clauses 5.1.1 and 5.1.2 above.

5.2. In participating in this promotion, all entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the free gift. The Promoter may require any entrant to provide proof of their eligibility to claim the free gift.

5.3. There is a limit of two free gifts per customer account. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

5.4. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.

6. Limitation of liability
6.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the claimant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the free gift except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

6.2. Statutory rights are not affected by this clause 6.

7. General
7.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a claimant from participating in the promotion.

7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

7.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
