What is Phishing?
Phishing is the act of sending an email masquerading as a brand in an attempt to obtain a users password or other sensitive information.
While it can be difficult to spot a phishing email, CEF will never ask you for your password or billing information via email.

CEF will only send you emails from @cef.co.uk. However, some users may receive fake or suspicious emails that look like they were sent from CEF. These emails might include malicious attachments or links to spam or phishing websites. Plese know that CEF will never send emails that request your password by email.
If you receive a fake email
If you receive a fake email from CEF you should:
- Delete the email from your inbox. Don't download any attachments from these emails.
