The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive was implemented in 2007. As a producer of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE), City Electrical Factors Limited is registered with WERCS Limited under WEEE registration Number WEE/FH0077UT.
1) Information for Users
This symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that the product must not be disposed of with normal household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment by arranging to return it to a designated collection point for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment. By separating and recycling your waste equipment at the time of disposal you will help to conserve natural resources and ensure that the equipment is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment. 2) Registration and Reporting
City Electrical Factors Limited fulfil all legal requirements for registration and reporting by being members of the WERCS Producer Compliance scheme and reporting all EEE placed on market.
3) Treatment
In accordance with the requirements of the WEEE Directive, WERCS confirms that treatment and recycling of WEEE completed on behalf of City Electrical Factors Limited meets all Government targets for recycling and recovery of our products.
